How to Return or Exchange
- Visit stunningswimsuit.com and log in to your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and packing slip.
- Pack your item securely, attach the label, and ship it back to us.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items (e.g., swimwear, lingerie, and accessories marked “Final Sale”) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly assist with a replacement or refund.
